Our release paper is widely applied in embossing production of PVC sports flooring, dance vinyl floor, gym anti-slip mats, eco-friendly kindergarten flooring, PU leather for luggage & furniture, decorative soft package surface and more. After texture transfer, finished products feature clear three-dimensional grain without missing pattern or orange peel defects, greatly upgrading surface texture of end products.

Production & R&D Strength
Our factory is equipped with full-automatic integrated production lines for base paper processing, silicone coating, high-temperature embossing, constant temperature curing and precision slitting. We realize self-controlled full production flow from base paper, silicone formula mixing, hot embossing to finished product inspection, strictly controlling quality in every process.
We operate an independent new material laboratory. Our professional R&D team continuously optimizes silicone formula and embossing mold craft to solve clients’ production pain points including high temperature resistance, repeated recycling, low silicone migration, compatibility with eco-friendly PVC raw materials, etc. All finished goods pass four strict tests before delivery: peeling force, silicone coating weight, temperature resistance and pattern reduction rate. Our product performance matches imported international release paper with more competitive factory prices.
